Andy led the men out, into a cool breeze. It's definitely April, despite the sunshine. The wind would be intermittently irritating all the way to Fernham, but it didn't stop us maintaining a good pace throughout. The group stayed together comfortably, with no one complaining. Once we'd reached Uffington, the wind made the return home more relaxed, arriving at Old Mill Hall before sunset. Ten minutes later the women joined us, having been very chatty and sociable, I'm told! Thank you everyone, for an enjoyable evening's rides. | ||
