Description:

Weekly 1.5 hour rides at a riding pace of 18-20km/h (11-13mph). Not likely to be very hilly.

Moved from earlier in the season - a few gentle hills courtesy of a cunning route borrowed from Andy. Out to West Challow via Denchworth then on to Kingston Lisle via Childrey and Sparsholt before the return to the flatlands and home via Baulking, Goosey and Denchworth.

Report:
With so many out on a fine but windy evening, a quick decision to split the ride, thanks to John T for leading the second group. The group seemed to split naturally into a group that regularly ride 3* and the other mainly 2*. The roads seemed busier tonight - but drivers were all polite and patient - just how we like it!

The weather improved as the ride went on and the views were spectacular. One dropped chain in Childrey and we were on our way again. A decision in Kingston Lisle not to deviate to Uffington was rewarded by the smooth sweeping road down to Baulking. Before we knew it we were saying goodbye to Sara as she went back to Hanney and we made the most of the wind at out backs to get back to Grove.
