Description:Weekly 1.5 - 2 hours at a riding pace of 20-24km/h (13-15mph). May be hilly. ***BRIDGING RIDE***This is the second of our Bridging Ride series designed to help those who would like to progress to the next level of cycling. As such it will be ridden at the lower end of the pace range. Weekly 1.5 - 2 hours at a riding pace of 20-24km/h (13-15mph). May be hilly. Off to Faringdon tonight, just one hill - the recently resurfaced Fernham Hill. For those that were on last weeks 2* bridging ride this will be a doddle compared to White Horse Hill  . A flat return via Hatford. |

Nicole and Karen kindly offered to lead a group, which made it much easier. The newly resurfaced Fernham Hill wasn't a problem for anyone.Stiff headwind on the way out, which meant a delightful ride back from Faringdon - particularly the section on the A417. The number of patient, polite drivers out this evening was very noticeable. Well done everyone, a very pleasant evenings ride. Thank you to Jane for sweeping the group I led. | ||
