Description:Sociable rides of 24km - 40km (15-25 miles) at a pace of 16km - 19km (10-12 miles) per hour, usually with a café stop. During school holidays there will be shorter family rides of 16km - 24km (10-15 miles) at a slower pace. Please check website on the morning of the ride if the weather is poor as the ride may be cancelled or the start time changed.Double loop from Grove to Denchworth, Challow and Childrey. Back to Wantage and then out to Ardington along the track by the Nelson pub. Coffee at Ardington and return over Lains Barn to Grove. About 17 miles. |

Short detour down Locks Lane in Wantage, as Portway was closed due to roadworks. Very good coffee and cake at the Grocer Chef in Ardington. Returned to Grove via Lains Barn. | ||
