Description:Sociable rides of 24km - 40km (15-25 miles) at a pace of 18km - 20km (11-13 miles) per hour, usually with a café stop. During school holidays there will be shorter family rides of 16km - 24km (10-15 miles) at a slower pace. Please check website on the morning of the ride if the weather is poor as the ride may be cancelled or the start time changed.We will ride to a new cafe at Faringdon. |

Barry brought two friends with him from Abingdon and they left the ride before coffee. No incidents or mechanicals - the ride went very smoothly. We tried a new cafe in Faringdon, Mai's Cafe, which was a mistake as the coffee was not good - no taste or flavour - and the service was very slow. Food OK but not very well presented. One not to be used again. I apologise to all riders for this. Susy left us early at coffee so just 9 of us on the home run.Thanks you one and all for a lovely ride - except for the coffee! | ||
