Riders:Des HiggsJohn Groves John Tranter Katherine Boyce Paul Bentley Roger Postbeschild Terry Ryland Riders = 7 Report:A most enjoyable ride with no problems for riders or machines (although Roger T discovered a puncture and didn't make it to the start)We set off via Denchworth, Goosey, Baulking and Fernham, then up Ringdale and across the A420 to Faringdon. The cafe wasn't busy so we took the seats in the front in the sun. After a long discussion about vintage pop songs and artists, we left to head home via Thrupp, Littleworth, Hatford Warren, Gainfield, Charney and Denchworth. A good ride with good company. The weather was good and most of the standing water had gone. The only problem was some road repairs by Thrupp where the road was blocked by trucks repairing the road. Can't complain as we squeezed through leaving a lorry and car waiting... | ||
