Daytime 2* Thursday Ride - Priscillas	2*

Description: Please pre-book for this ride by contacting the ride leader. Sociable ride of 24-40 km (15-25 miles) at a pace of 18-20km/h (11-13 mph). Priscilla's, return via Brightwalton
Riders: Angie Fisher John Tranter Louise Bowers Patrick O'Leary Paul Wensley Pauline Clark Peter Dalgliesh Roger Turnbull Terry Ryland Riders = 9 Report: 9 of us met at 10 o’clock on a cool but clear sunny morning. Everyone had booked the ride by texting me directly — except Patric, who texted somebody else! It was a great day for a ride, with very little wind and a good bunch of keen cyclists ready to tackle all the hills. The café stop went down very well, and several of the group had not been there before and reportedly really enjoyed it. On the return leg, one of the roads was completely closed, so we had to make a sizeable diversion involving even more hills. We ended up having to cycle the long drag all the way up the B4494 from the M4. Everyone got back safely and still smiling.
