The 2017 Cycling UK Wantage AGM will be held as follows:

Logistics:
Date - Monday 16th October 2016
Time - 19.00 for food, 19:45 for business
Location - Challow and Childrey Cricket Club, Vicarage Hill, East Challow, Wantage, OX12 9RR

Food details:
The Cricket Club has a good bar and we are bringing in the food courtesy of Smarts fish and chip shop in Grove. Menu choices are given below, please let me know your choices by FRIDAY 13th OCTOBER so I can pre-order with the shop. Exact money on the night please.

– cod and chips £5.00
– pie and chips £3.80
(steak & kidney, mince & onion or chicken pie)
– sausage and chips £2.70
– quarter chicken and chips £4.90
– cheese & onion pasty and chips (v) £3.70
– spring roll and chips (v) £2.70

Please deduct £1.50 if you don’t want the chips!

(v = vegetarian)

I really encourage as many of you as possible to come along to the AGM - it is a very useful way to get a good overview of what the Club does and how things are progressing.

Report:
Extremely good attendance for the chip supper and the AGM - as far we can remember, a record number! Good animated participation from all with all the usual reports given.

A full report will be posted under the minutes section of the website and sent to Cycling UK nationally with the annual return.

Thanks to all for a very positive evening reflecting yet another successful year for the club.
