Description:Social rides up to half day - 32km (20 miles), usually with a cafe stop, at a riding pace of 16-20km/h (10-12mph). Please check website on the morning of the ride if the weather is poor as it may be cancelled or the start time changed.Route out to Fyfield, under the tunnel to Tubney, across to Appleton, bridge over the A420 to Southmoor for coffee stop and then return via Charney Bassett. We only went wrong once when Carin missed the turning for the tunnel under the A420! We had a nice coffee/lunch stop at the cafe at Southmoor when we only had a relatively short distance to get home.The weather was sunny with a brisk wind at times, definitely heading towards Autumn now. | ||
