We theen followed the Sustrans route as far as the turn for Radley, past Radley College to Bayworth, climbing the steep hill to Boars Hill, down through Old Boars Hill to Wootton, Dry Sandford, Cothill Frilford to Millets Farm to meet with the rest of the section for tea. | ||

Riders:Brian HipwellDavid Newnham Derek Boutle Des Higgs Edith Hipwell Jan McCabe Judi Boutle Kevin Fairs Mavis Rose Sue King Riders = 10 Report:Unlike last month when the weather was so bad we decided to remain as one group, today was a nice sunny afternoon (Kev decided it was warm enough for shorts!) and for the first time we had a "shorter" and "longer" ride.....The longer ride, went out via Buckland, Bampton, Yelford, Standlake, north moorNewbridge & Fyfield to arrive at Millets farm for tea, we briefly met the others there as they were just sitting down to their tea & cakes as we were about to leave ..... it sounded as if they had done a similar distance, maybe even slightly further, but at a slightly more genteel pace. The ride returned to Grove via Hanney & Denchworth. | ||
